Every week, a complete RDF-Dump will be created and can be downloaded at https://epimeddat.net/epimeddat.rdf. It does not (yet) use a specific vocabulary.
Export
EpiMedDat uses Semantic MediaWiki which not only provides the RDF representation, but several export formats as well es the query interface Special:Ask.

Data is also synchronized with FactGrid.
Zenodo
On Zenodo is a data dump of allpages from the previous EpiMedDat Wiki (online until 2026-01) including a mapping table from old page-ids to the new ones stored: doi:10.5281/zenodo.18715840
