Ambrosii infirmitate incurabili ex certo morbo pestifero patiens, ex quo n. valuit intrare aliquod mon. o. s. Aug. in Germania [3] Nicolaus Johannis Carpentarii, a convert of the house of the Augustinian Friars of S. Clemente in Rome, suffering from an incurable illness due to a certain pestiferous disease, which prevented him from entering any monastery of the Order of Saint Augustine in Germany.
